How the floor works
You get one person, not a relay
Whoever picks up your first message stays with it. You should not have to explain the same car three times to three people.
We answer what we know
If we have not checked something — the service history, the duty status, whether a part is genuine — we say we have not checked it, and then we go and check it.
Nobody is on a timer
Come and sit in the car. Drive it. Bring your mechanic. We would rather lose a sale than put someone in a car that is wrong for them.
