Can I see the car before I commit to anything?
Yes. Every car on the site is on our floor at Freedom Heights Mall, and you are welcome to come and look at it, sit in it and drive it. Call or message first so the car is out and ready rather than boxed in.
Are the prices on the website the prices I pay?
The price shown is the price of the car. Transfer costs, insurance and financing charges are separate, and we will put the full figure in writing for the specific car before you pay anything.
What paperwork comes with the car?
The logbook, the transfer documents and, for an imported car, the import papers and duty status. Ask for them on the day you view: everything that belongs with the car is handed over with it.
Do you take cars that are not on the website?
Tell us what you are looking for — the model, the year and the budget — and we will tell you honestly whether we can find it and how long that usually takes. If we cannot, we will say so.
Do you finance the car yourselves?
No. We are not a lender. You borrow from a bank or a microfinance institution, and they decide the rate, the deposit and how long you pay over. What we do is prepare the valuation, the proforma invoice and the vehicle documents they ask us for, so the paperwork is not what slows it down.
What will the lender ask me for?
Usually your ID and KRA PIN, proof of income, and recent bank statements. Every lender's list is slightly different and theirs is the one that counts — ask us and we will confirm it for whoever you are applying to.
