Nothing is collected automatically. The site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers.

The financing form on our financing page is the one form that sends us something directly. What you type in it — your name, your phone number, your email if you give one, the car, the figures and the lender you prefer — is emailed to our showroom inbox and is not stored on this website or in any database. It deliberately does not ask for your income, your employer, your ID number, your KRA PIN or any document: the lender asks for those, at the branch.

Our other enquiry forms open your own email app or WhatsApp with the message ready to send. The website itself does not receive, store or forward what you write in those.

Videos on some pages are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. They load only if you accepted cookies; those providers then set their own cookies and see your IP address. If you chose only necessary cookies, the video is replaced by a still image and nothing is requested from them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

The only thing stored in your browser is your answer to the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

If analytics are added later, they will only load after you accept, and this page will be updated to say what they collect.

Messages you send by email, phone or WhatsApp are handled by us and by those providers. Email sent from our financing form is delivered by our email provider on our behalf. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of a sale.

If you told us which lender you prefer, we pass your enquiry to that lender so they can take it forward. They decide the rate, the term and the outcome, and they are responsible for the information you then give them.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
